We work with the luminous energy field (the "invisible" electromagnetic field surrounding our body) and the chakra system (wheels of energy). This process transforms your heavy physical and emotional imprints associated with trauma, disease and blockages into nourishing life energy.

All matter contains light, even the heaviest and darkest parts of ourselves. Those parts, which limit our functioning, need to be released. SES unbinds these parts at the core level and liberates the light, which enhances your vital force.

INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPY

Shari Landau offers individual art psychotherapy and in-depth counseling for women, men and adolescents (14+). Clinical art psychotherapy supervision is available.

Jonathan Cohen offers individual in-depth psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults and families.

COUPLES THERAPY

This service is a two hour in-depth private exploration of your dynamics as a couple. During this time we implement experiential modalities including art psychotherapy, guided visualization and psychodrama, as well as traditional talk therapy. This powerful experience may be done as a one-time intervention to rejuvenate your relationship. Some couples choose to do this work on an ongoing basis.

 Rites of Passage & Celebration

In our modern times there is a longing for meaningful celebration within our community. Sacred Journeys realizes the necessity of honoring and celebrating all of life's transformations. We joyfully create ceremony for such passages as birth, boys' and girls' transitions into adulthood, relationship committments, anniversaries, divorce, and even death. We work with clients to design sacred experiences that often include direct interaction with nature, and the making of meaningful symbols and objects. The result of such collaborative creation is joy, meaning, and a readiness to move on to the next level.
